Dear Valued Quaker Steak & Lube Guest:

At Quaker Steak & Lube, our goal is to exceed the expectations of our guests. That is why we are properly focused on monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and proactively taking steps based on guidance from public health experts to give you peace of mind when visiting our restaurants. The health, safety and welfare of Quaker Steak & Lube guests, employees and those living in the communities we serve are our top priorities. I would like to share with you what we are doing to maintain safe and clean restaurant environments for you.

We have taken extra precautions and measures with our already strict cleaning and sanitation protocols. We are increasing our cleaning frequency and continue to use the best-in-class chemicals to disinfect and sanitize common touch points for employees and customers in our restaurants. This includes lobbies, restrooms, door handles, chairs, bar stools, table tops, menus and check holders.

Awareness and knowledge will be critical during this challenging time. We will continue to actively communicate and educate our employees on COVID-19 and preventative measures, answering questions and making educational resources available to them to help make everyone as safe as possible. We have implemented a task force to provide around-the-clock monitoring and assistance to our restaurants, with a response team that is prepared to act swiftly should we be alerted to a case of Coronavirus associated with any of our restaurants.

We are closely following guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO), and we will continue to implement all appropriate and necessary recommendations and protocols that are issued.

It is always our top priority to provide everyone the best experience in our restaurants while protecting the health and safety of our guests and team members, which includes maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. We will continue to play a leadership role during this challenging time to maintain your trust in us.
